Welcome to Rodeo Rebel Mercantile. By accessing our website or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms displayed on individual product listings.

Products & Product Information

Rodeo Rebel Mercantile offers a variety of merchandise, including handmade tack, custom and hand-painted goods, vintage and antique merchandise, apparel, accessories, home décor, digital graphics, and other products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our merchandise through photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition information. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your device's display.

Vintage, antique, handmade, and hand-painted merchandise may contain natural variations, age-related wear, patina, or other unique characteristics.

Custom Orders & Deposits

Custom-made and personalized orders may require a deposit before materials are purchased or work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits for custom work are non-refundable once work has begun, materials have been purchased or committed, or design services have commenced, except where otherwise required by law.

Custom products include, but are not limited to:

• Mohair tack

• Mule tape tack and halters

• Personalized products

• Hand-painted commissioned merchandise

• Custom artwork

• Graphic design services

Estimated completion dates for custom work are estimates and may vary based on workload, material availability, complexity, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Graphic Design & Digital Services

Customers purchasing custom graphic design services will have an opportunity to review and approve their design before final high-resolution files are delivered.

Once final approval has been given, additional revisions or alterations may require an additional design fee.

Unless specifically transferred in writing, Rodeo Rebel Mercantile and/or Rodeo Rebel Graphics retains ownership of original concepts, preliminary designs, unused concepts, working files, and other intellectual property created during the design process.

The customer's rights to an approved final design are determined by the specific design service purchased and any written agreement accompanying that service.

Equine Equipment & Tack Safety

Equine activities involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for determining whether any tack or equipment is appropriate for their animal, intended activity, and circumstances.

All tack, including handmade mohair tack and mule tape equipment, should be thoroughly inspected before every use.

Do not use equipment showing signs of excessive wear, damage, deterioration, loose hardware, compromised stitching or knots, dry rot, weakened fibers, or any other condition that may make continued use unsafe.

The customer is responsible for:

• Proper fitting and use

• Routine inspection

• Proper cleaning and maintenance

• Safe storage

• Replacing worn or damaged equipment

• Using equipment only for an appropriate purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rodeo Rebel Mercantile is not responsible for injuries, property damage, accidents, or losses resulting from improper use, improper fit, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized alteration, normal wear and tear, deterioration, improper storage, or continued use of damaged equipment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Care of Handmade Tack

Mohair tack should be hand washed in cool water with mild soap or horse shampoo. Do not aggressively scrub or wring the fibers. Rinse thoroughly and allow the tack to air dry away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Mule tape equipment may be hand washed or gently rinsed. When machine washing is appropriate, we recommend placing the item inside a pillowcase or similar protective bag and using a gentle cold-water cycle.

Never place handmade tack in a high-heat dryer.

All equipment should be completely dry before storage and should be stored in a clean, ventilated location protected from moisture, excessive heat, rodents, and other conditions capable of damaging the materials.

Vintage & Antique Merchandise

Vintage and antique merchandise is generally sold as-is.

Age-related wear, patina, minor imperfections, discoloration, or other characteristics consistent with the item's age may be present.

Customers should carefully review product photographs, descriptions, measurements, and disclosed condition information before purchasing.

Prices & Availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Because many products are handmade, vintage, antique, limited-run, or one-of-a-kind, adding an item to a cart does not necessarily reserve it until checkout is successfully completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or typographical errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when reasonably necessary.

Orders & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, resale abuse, policy abuse, or other suspicious activity.

We may use fraud-prevention tools provided by our ecommerce platform and payment processors.

Rodeo Rebel Mercantile also reserves the right to refuse future transactions when permitted by law in cases involving demonstrated fraud, abusive purchasing behavior, fraudulent returns, or misuse of our services.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup will receive notification when their merchandise is ready.

Orders should be collected, or alternative shipping arrangements made, within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notification.

Custom deposits remain subject to our non-refundable deposit provisions. Unclaimed merchandise will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional terms communicated with the customer.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Rodeo Rebel Mercantile and Rodeo Rebel Graphics names, logos, original artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, written content, and other original materials are protected intellectual property.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rodeo Rebel Mercantile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
